If you need to cancel your membership and you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play store, on your iPhone or Android device, follow the instructions below for your specific device. Your subscription will automatically be renewed at the end of the term unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
To cancel from your iPhone or Android device:
Apple:
To turn off auto renew or cancel your membership on your IOS device, open the Settings App > tap on (your name) > tap on Subscriptions > select the Next Big Idea > tap Cancel Subscription.
Android:
To turn off auto renew on your device, open the Google Play app > tap your profile icon > tap Payments & subscriptions > select the Next Big Idea > tap Cancel subscription.
